About

Kent Hindu Temple is a registered nonprofit organization in Washington state and was formed in 2002 to meet the community's growing need for a religious, spiritual and cultural center in King Couty, WA. This temple is also known as Sanatan Dharm Temple and Cultural Center (SDTCC).  

Vision of Kent Hindu Temple / SDTCC
# To preserve and protect the rich Hindu Cultural Heritage in our present and future generations.
# To practice, promote and teach the Hindu religion and Hindu way of life.
# To provide social services to the community, including counseling and non-emergency medical services.
# To conduct religious ceremonies on all major Hindu religious festivals

Our Prist
Our resident priest, Acharya Santosh Tripathi ji comes from Varanasi, India. He has a Master’s in Hindu rituals from Sampurnanad Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya, Varanasi India. Acharya Santoshji has been performing the rituals and festival duties for last 20 years in India and the USA.
